After the experience gained in his father's hosiery, Chiaruttini Bruno was born in the 50's and specialized in manufacturing of socks classic, founded in 1984 to Claudio Chiaruttini Rezzato (BS) Vegas Srl, under the trademark Accapi, diversify production, specializing in implementation of technical socks for all sports.
As early as the year 1990, the company began to develop their own original patents consolidating its presence first in the Italian market and, subsequently, in most European countries.
Over the past decade Vegas Spa decided to diversify the supply side, supporting the production of socks an underwear line technician for men, women and children.
In 2006 the continued attention to innovation brings Chiaruttini to know Nexus E.S, a revolutionary Japanese yarn with unique properties; it is in fact able to emit a natural and constant infrared emission, able to interact with body fluids and muscles.
Seeing the potentiality of this new technology in the sport field, Accapi acquires the rights for exclusive use throughout Europe.
Accapi with Nexus E.S. is also committed in research programs with close collaboration with prestigious Italian and foreign Universities confirming the efficacy of Nexus fibre in sports and well-being. As results of the studies carried out, in 2008 the orthopaedic supports in the BodyGuard line were acknowledged and registered as “Medical Devices” by the Ministry of Health, opening to new potential utilization opportunities.
In addition to traditional production, then, comes a special section, called “Accapi Nexus”, dedicated to the study, design and implementation of new products for not only athletes, both in performance and in the recovery phase, but also for use in time leisure and relaxation.
“Twentyfourseven” line is then born, bringing Nexus technology to daily use.
Major partnership agreements are then signed with athletes and teams of national and international importance for use in the field of new products, receiving immediate appreciation and confirmation on Nexus properties.
In 2008 the factory innovated itself with newer production lines and new machineries in order to have a real Italian made product, designed and realized with the best care and quality in every single production phase.
The constant research and commitment have enabled the recognition and appreciation of its products in highly skilled, professional and demanding.
